Role: Hotel Sales & Events Manager
Location: Accommodation provided.
Salary: €55,000

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Hotel Sales & Events Manager in Co. Galway.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, generating new business opportunities, and managing the delivery of events to the highest standard. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to contribute to revenue growth while maintaining exceptional client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage event enquiries from initial contact through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and private clients.
• Identify new business opportunities within the local market.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure successful event delivery.
• Prepare sales reports and monitor business performance.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in Hospitality
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
