Hotel Receptionist
4★ Hotel, Leixlip, Co. Kildare
We are currently recruiting an experienced, professional, and enthusiastic Hotel Receptionist to join the front desk team of a well-established 4-star hotel in Leixlip, Co. Kildare. This role is ideal for a candidate who is passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to develop their career within a busy and popular hotel environment.
Main Duties:

Managing guest check-ins and check-outs
-
Completing general reception administration duties and reports
-
Handling and directing all incoming calls to the appropriate hotel departments
-
Liaising with the housekeeping team regarding room status and guest requests
-
Managing reservations and booking enquiries
-
Delivering excellent customer service to guests at all times
Requirements:
-
1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 3 or 4-star hotel (desirable but not essential)

Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel

Fluent English, both written and spoken

Enthusiastic, motivated, and quick to learn

Excellent customer service skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work a combination of early and late shifts
