Hotel Receptionist – 4★ Hotel, North County Dublin
We are currently recruiting an experienced, professional, and enthusiastic Hotel Receptionist to join the front desk team of a well-established and popular 4-star hotel in North Co. Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about hospitality and eager to develop their career within a busy hotel environment.
Main Duties:

Managing guest check-ins and check-outs
-
Completing general reception administration duties and reports

Handling and directing all incoming calls to the appropriate hotel departments
-
Liaising with the housekeeping team regarding room status and specific guest requests
-
Managing reservations
-
Ensuring guests receive a consistently high standard of customer service at the front desk
Requirements:
-
1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 3 or 4-star hotel (desirable but not essential)

Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel

Fluent English, both written and spoken
-
Enthusiastic, motivated, and quick to learn

Strong customer service skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work a combination of early and late shifts
