Salary: €55,000

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an Operations Manager in Galway.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to oversee the daily operations of a busy boutique hotel. The successful candidate will lead departmental teams, drive service excellence, and ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all hotel departments.
• Lead, coach, and support departmental managers and team members.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service delivery.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where required.
• Manage staffing levels, recruitment, training, and employee development.
• Control budgets, labour costs, and departmental expenses.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies.
• Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
