Role: Hotel Night Manager
Location: Balbriggan, Co. Dublin
Salary: €40,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Hotel Night Manager in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin.

This role is responsible for overseeing all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring outstanding guest service, security, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will lead the night team, manage guest requests, and ensure a smooth transition between shifts.

Our client is a respected hospitality business known for delivering high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations during the night shift.
• Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest enquiries.
• Supervise and support the night team.
• Complete night audits and daily reporting tasks.
• Maintain health, safety, and security standards.
• Manage late check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests.

Requirements

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently.
