Role: Hotel HR Executive
Location: Limerick
Salary: €45,000

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Hotel HR Executive in Limerick.

This role is responsible for supporting all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring HR best practices are maintained across the property.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in Hospitality
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
• Assist managers with employee relations matters and HR guidance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Coordinate training and development programmes across departments.
• Monitor HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
• Support payroll administration and employee benefits processes.
• Assist with performance management and staff engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to the management team.
