Salary: €80,000

This role is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial results, and high operational standards. The successful candidate will lead all departments while driving revenue, team engagement, and business growth.

Requirements

• Must have experience in Hospitality
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel
• Lead, develop, and support department managers
• Drive revenue growth and financial performance
• Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and service standards
• Manage budgets, costs, and operational efficiency
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Hotel General Manager or Deputy General Manager
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven experience managing budgets and driving profitability
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
