The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced Hotel General Manager in Dublin.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially focused hospitality professional to lead the overall operation of a high-profile hotel property. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving financial performance, leading departmental teams, and ensuring the hotel operates to the highest industry standards.

The Duties:
* Provide strategic leadership and oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring service excellence across all departments.
* Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective commercial strategies and cost management.
* Lead, motivate, and develop department heads and operational teams to achieve business objectives.
* Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and maintain the property’s reputation within the market.
* Manage budgets, financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.
* Work closely with ownership and senior stakeholders to implement business strategies and operational improvements.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards within the hospitality sector.

The Must Requirements to Be Considered:
* Must have experience in Hospitality.
* Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.
* Proven leadership experience within a 4* or 5* hotel environment.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, revenue performance, and operational targets.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.
* Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
* Visa and relocation packages are not provided.

The Salary & Benefits:
* Salary per annum negotiable, up to €150,000 depending on experience.
