Role: Business Development Executive
Location: Leixlip, Co. Kildare
Salary: €45,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Business Development Executive in Leixlip, Co. Kildare.

This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the property. You will work closely with internal teams to maximize sales opportunities and strengthen the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Work towards achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and sales reports.

Requirements

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
