Role: Hotel Sales & Corporate Development Executive
Location: Balbriggan, Co. Dublin
Salary: €40000

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Hotel Sales & Corporate Development Executive in Kildare and Dublin.

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key corporate and group accounts across two successful hotel properties. The successful candidate will focus on corporate sales, MICE business, events, group travel, and occupancy growth while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow corporate, leisure, MICE, and group business.
• Generate new leads and secure new business opportunities.
• Manage and develop key corporate accounts.
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and hotel site inspections.
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and business agreements.
• Drive bedroom occupancy and revenue across both hotels.
• Support meetings, conferences, events, and group bookings.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and performance reports.

Requirements

• Proven hotel sales experience within the hospitality sector.
• Strong background in corporate, group, and MICE sales.
• Excellent business development and account management skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercially focused with a results-driven mindset.
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full driving licence is an advantage.

Candidate Criteria

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
