Role: Hotel Bar Manager
Location: Killarney, Co. Kerry
Salary: €40,000
The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Hotel Bar Manager in Killarney.
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a busy hotel bar while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Drive service standards, team performance, and revenue growth in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Our client is a well-established hospitality property known for its high service standards, strong team culture, and commitment to guest satisfaction.
The Duties
- Oversee all bar operations and team members.
- Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Drive sales and maximise revenue opportunities.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues professionally.
- Ensure all health, safety, and licensing regulations are followed.
The Requirements
- Must have experience in Hospitality.
- Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.
- Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
- Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
