Hospitality Staff – Tralee & Surrounding Areas, Co. Kerry (Temporary Work)

We are currently recruiting Hospitality Staff for temporary assignments across Tralee and surrounding areas of County Kerry.

We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused individuals to join our hospitality team. Whether you have experience in catering, kitchen support, cleaning, or café service, we would love to hear from you.

• Catering Assistants
• Kitchen Porters
• Kitchen Assistants
• Cleaners
• Baristas

About the Role

Duties will vary depending on the assignment but may include:

Catering Assistants

• Assisting with food preparation and food service
• Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Replenishing food and beverage stations
• Supporting daily catering operations

Kitchen Porters & Kitchen Assistants

• Supporting chefs with day-to-day kitchen duties
• Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and food preparation areas
• Assisting with basic food preparation when required

Cleaners

• Cleaning and sanitising kitchens, dining areas, and communal spaces
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Following health and safety procedures

Baristas

• Preparing and serving a range of coffees and hot beverages
• Providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining a clean and organised coffee station
• Assisting with till operation where required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hospitality experience preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a busy environment
• Strong teamwork skills
• Flexible availability

🚗 A driving licence and access to a car is a strong advantage, particularly for candidates travelling to sites in Tralee and surrounding areas.
