Due to continued growth and increasing client demand, we are expanding our Hospitality & Facilities Management division and are seeking an experienced, driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in both North Dublin and Nass Offices

This role is not just about filling roles – it’s about building and growing a specialist division. Business development will be a key part of your success, as you develop new client relationships, win new business, and expand existing accounts across the hospitality and facilities management sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across hospitality and facilities management roles
• Proactively develop new business opportunities and win new clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Grow and manage your own desk with a strong focus on revenue generation
• Write and advertise roles across multiple platforms
• Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding
• Stay up to date with market trends, client needs, and talent pipelines
• Work closely with the wider team to achieve targets and support key accounts
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems

About You

• Proven recruitment experience (hospitality, facilities, or service sectors preferred)
• Strong track record in business development and winning new clients
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
• Commercially driven with a focus on results and growth
• Organised, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and solutions-focused
• Ambitious and motivated to grow a successful desk
