The Noel Group is seeking Recruitment Consultants in Dublin to join our Hospitality team, if you are looking for a change in direction or looking to progress your career in recruitment this is the job for you! We offer an attractive base salary and uncapped commission package. Experience in the hospitality field is desired with good customer service skills and an ability to multitask with a keen eye for detail.

This is a flexible hybrid working model available for the right candidate

Role

• Manage your own desk with a focus on growing existing and new business to maximise revenue
• Resource and recruit staff for various roles throughout the hospitality sector
• Client business development and staff existing requirements
• Candidate management
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
• Strive to achieve monthly targets
• Coming up with creative strategies to attract, recruit and place candidates
