Noel Group are currently hiring a Hospitality Manager on a temporary contract basis to oversee operations across a portfolio of premium hospitality venues.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced hospitality professional to manage high-end hospitality environments, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and outstanding guest experiences across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of premium hospitality venues.
- Lead, motivate, and support hospitality teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure consistent standards across catering, events, lounges, restaurants, cafés, and VIP hospitality areas.
- Coordinate and support the delivery of corporate events, functions, and hospitality services.
- Manage staffing levels, rotas, and operational requirements across multiple venues.
- Monitor service quality, presentation standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, and company policies.
- Support stock management, purchasing, budgeting, and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Hospitality Manager, Venue Manager, Catering Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Experience managing premium hospitality, corporate hospitality, events, or high-volume catering operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across different venues and teams.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable
- Hospitality Management or Catering qualification.
- HACCP and Food Safety certifications.
- Experience within corporate, events, sports & leisure, or premium hospitality environments.
