Hospital Catering Officer

Catering Supervisor Noel Group Healthcare are recruiting a Hospital Catering Supervisor / officer in South Tipperary.

This post is Day Time position in an ongoing temporary contract in a hospital environment. Days are 5 over 7. Premium rates of pay on weekends and bank holidays.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor’s of Arts (NFQ Level 7) in Hospitality Management, or

* Hospitality Studies (Higher Certificate) (Level 6), or

* Diploma in Dietetics, or

* An equivalent qualification

* Minimum of 1 years management experience or 2 years supervisory experience

* In-depth knowledge of HACCP including good hygiene practices

* The right to work in Ireland

The ideal catering supervisor will have the following

* Experience in a similar role and preferably in a large catering operation of 200 plus clients.

* Strong leadership skills with experience managing a large team

* Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving financial targets in retail services.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding customer service.

* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Renumeration: €52,235 pa
