Job description

Are you an experienced Chef looking for work in healthcare settings? We are currently recruiting chefs for temporary and ongoing assignments across Dublin and Kildare.

As one of the agencies on the Tier 1 HSE Framework, we supply staff to hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout the region and are looking for reliable professionals to join our team.

Essential Requirements

✅ Full driving licence and access to your own car
✅ Professional Cookery, Culinary Arts, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification (certification required)
✅ Previous chef experience in high-volume catering, healthcare, production kitchens, or hospitality environments
✅ Flexibility to work across various locations in Dublin and Kildare

Role Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving meals in hospital and healthcare environments
• Working as part of a professional catering team
• Following food safety and HACCP procedures
• Assisting with the preparation of modified and special dietary meals
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food quality
• Supporting catering services for patients, residents, staff, and visitors

Compliance Requirements

The following will be required as part of the HSE onboarding process:

• Garda Vetting
• International Police Clearance (if you have lived abroad for 6 months or more since age 16)
• Manual Handling Training
• HACCP Level 2
• Proof of right to work in Ireland (Visa/GNIB if applicable)
• Occupational Health clearance and other HSE compliance requirements
