Noel Healthcare, in partnership with our clients, are seeking dedicated and experienced casual/part time Healthcare Chefs to join our team. This role involves working hospitals and nursing homes in Co Galway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold exceptional culinary standards in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals.
- Ensure efficient service from the kitchen to meet the demands of busy healthcare settings.
- Delegate kitchen duties effectively to maintain smooth operations.
- Adhere to and enforce stringent hygiene and service standards.
Requirements:
- Chef Qualification: Formal Culinary certification.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years chef experience with a strong background in handling dietary requirements.
- Garda Vetting: Must undergo and pass Garda Vetting.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English.
- Culinary Skills: Exceptional culinary skills with a hands-on approach to food preparation and service.
- Professional Attributes: Structured, organised, and methodical in work habits.
