The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Head Waiter for an exclusive private members club in Dublin 2, close to the Luas.

The Head Waiter will be responsible for delivering exceptional front-of-house service within a premium private members club. You will lead service on the floor, support the team during busy periods, and ensure a consistently high level of guest experience.

The Duties:

• Deliver high-quality food and beverage service
• Lead the front-of-house team during service
• Support smooth communication between kitchen and floor
• Handle member requests professionally and discreetly
• Maintain high standards of presentation and service
• Support and guide junior team members
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP and health & safety standards
• Assist management with daily operations

The Must Requirements to be Considered:

• Must have hospitality experience in a restaurant, hotel, or private members club
• Must have experience in a similar role or be ready to step up into Head Waiter level
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
• Must be living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland
• Visa and relocation packages are not provided

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: €36,000 per annum
