• Cost Control: Manage inventory, monitor food costs, and establish strong relationships with suppliers.
• Health & Safety: Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, training your team on best practices.
• Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the front-of-house team and management to create a seamless dining experience and drive the restaurant’s success.

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume setting.
• A strong background in diverse culinary techniques and styles.
• Expertise in menu development, cost management, and kitchen operations.
