The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Head Chef in Galway.

Define the Role

• Lead the kitchen operation within a boutique hotel known for delivering high standards of food and guest service.
• Drive menu development, food quality, and culinary excellence across all dining offerings.
• Manage kitchen performance, budgets, and stock control procedures.
• Create a positive and professional kitchen culture focused on quality and teamwork.

The Duties

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen and all food production.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations.
• Train, mentor, and develop the kitchen team to achieve operational goals.
• Work closely with hotel management to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Requirements

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.

The Salary & Benefits

• Salary per annum: €60,000.
