Role: Head Chef
Location: South Dublin
Salary: €50,000

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Head Chef in South Dublin.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced culinary professional to lead a busy kitchen operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing kitchen performance, maintaining high food standards, managing costs, and leading a motivated team to deliver exceptional service.

The Role:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day kitchen operation.

  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standard.

  • Drive menu development, food quality, and service consistency.

  • Manage kitchen performance to achieve operational targets.

The Duties:

  • Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier management.

  • Manage food cost, labour cost, and kitchen budgets.

  • Lead, train, and develop the kitchen team.

  • Ensure HACCP, hygiene, and health & safety compliance at all times.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in Hospitality.

  • Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Passion for quality food and operational excellence.

  • Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.

  • Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
