This is an excellent opportunity for a culinary professional to lead a busy kitchen in a Monday to Friday daytime role. The Duties

Lead and manage kitchen operations, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality dishes

Supervise and mentor the kitchen brigade, including a Sous Chef with experience in salad bars and hearty food

Plan and develop menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences

Ensure kitchen compliance with food safety, hygiene, and organisational standards

Monitor stock, control costs, and maintain efficient workflow within the kitchen
The Requirements

Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior kitchen leadership role

Experience working with salad bars and hearty, substantial food options

Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills

Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative kitchen environment

Living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI
