The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the catering industry to search for an experienced Head Chef in Cork. This is an excellent opportunity for a culinary professional to lead a busy kitchen in a Monday to Friday daytime role. The Duties

  • Lead and manage kitchen operations, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality dishes

  • Supervise and mentor the kitchen brigade, including a Sous Chef with experience in salad bars and hearty food

  • Plan and develop menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences

  • Ensure kitchen compliance with food safety, hygiene, and organisational standards

  • Monitor stock, control costs, and maintain efficient workflow within the kitchen

The Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior kitchen leadership role

  • Experience working with salad bars and hearty, substantial food options

  • Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative kitchen environment

  • Living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI

  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided

Salary & Benefits

  • €40,000 to €45,000 per annum
