We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Head Chef to lead our dynamic team. We are looking for someone with a strong Catering background to take over the food management for our site in Limerick.
Monday to Friday Role
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.
- Develop and execute creative and innovative menus that align with the restaurant’s concept and customer preferences.
- Manage kitchen inventory, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a busy environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure kitchen environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of industry trends and a passion for staying current with culinary developments.
- Monday to Friday with some split shifts.
- No late evenings, promoting work-life balance.
