We are looking for an experienced and qualified Gastropub Head Chef , to organise the kitchen’s activities. You will be the first in command in the facilities and will create and inspect dishes before they arrive at the customers ensuring high quality and contentment.
- Previous experience working as a Head Chef or Executive Head Chef with a particular focus on kitchen management with at least 2/3 years experience in a similar role
- HACCP Kitchen Management qualification
- Excellent people management skills
- Proven track record of effective kitchen management
- Knowledge of implementing and the management of HACCP
- Can-do attitude / self-starter
- Living in Ireland and have the right to work full time in the Republic of Ireland
- Must live in Ireland, have the Rights to Work in Ireland and same Industry background to be considered.
