The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Group Operations Manager in Cork.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the commercial and operational success of a multi-site restaurant group. The successful candidate will lead General Managers, drive business performance, and ensure operational excellence across all locations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for the commercial and operational performance of multiple restaurant locations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers while driving accountability for results.
• Manage sales performance, labour costs, productivity targets, and operational KPIs.
• Review location profitability and implement corrective action plans where required.
• Drive operational consistency, service standards, food quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead new restaurant openings, operational projects, and business improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate recruitment, training, suppliers, equipment, and operational readiness.
• Oversee fleet management, utilities, insurance renewals, and operational contracts.
• Chair regular operations meetings and ensure action plans are completed on time.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to implement strategic business priorities.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in a multi-site hospitality, food service, or retail leadership role.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, labour cost control, and commercial performance.
• Experience leading General Managers and large operational teams.
• Demonstrated success delivering projects, opening new sites, and driving operational improvements.
• Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to turn strategy into measurable results.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Driven, accountable, and committed to continuous improvement.
