The Noel Group are seeking a Group Operations Manager on behalf of our client, a family-owned, leading hospitality and retail business. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving standards, profitability, guest experience, and operational consistency across several hotel properties within the group.

The successful candidate will work closely with Directors, Senior management teams and HOD’s to ensure the continued growth, efficiency, and success of the business while maintaining the high standards and culture associated with the groups brand.

Please note, this is a full-time position, working an average of 45 hours per week, with a 5 over 7 schedule.

Responsibilities of a Group Operations Manager:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple hotel properties.
  • Drive financial performance, budgets, and profitability targets.
  • Support and develop other Managers and departmental leadership teams.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service standards across all locations.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, staffing levels, and labour controls.
  • Lead business improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
  • Maintain strong compliance standards
  • Work collaboratively with central support teams
  • Ensure operational excellence throughout all properties.

Requirements for a Group Operations Manager:

  • Proven senior management experience within hotels or hospitality operations.
  • Multi-site management experience preferred.
  • Strong commercial and financial understanding.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Hands-on strategic operational approach.
  • Experience maintaining standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Full clean driving licence preferred.
