Role: Group Facilities Manager
Location: Dublin 2
Salary: €70,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Group Facilities Manager in Dublin 2.

This is an exciting opportunity to oversee facilities operations across 8 sites, ensuring all properties are maintained to the highest standards. The successful candidate will lead a team of 10 staff, manage maintenance projects, and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.

Our client is a well-established hospitality group with a strong reputation for excellence, guest satisfaction, and continuous investment in their properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day facilities and maintenance operations across 8 sites.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of 10 maintenance professionals.
  • Ensure all properties remain compliant with health and safety legislation.
  • Plan and coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance programs.
  • Manage facilities budgets and control operational expenditure.
  • Coordinate contractors and oversee project delivery.
  • Monitor building systems, equipment, and property standards.
  • Implement continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in maintenance and facilities management, ideally within a hotel, hospitality, or residential environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of health & safety legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets and controlling operational costs.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Practical, hands-on problem-solver with sound decision-making ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
  • Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
