A leading Irish builder-developer is hiring an experienced Groundworks Foreman for a major residential project in North Dublin.

Only candidates with proven groundworks experience on projects in Ireland will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise groundworks crews & subcontractors

• Oversee foundations, drainage, utilities, roads/footpaths, earthworks & concrete works

• Manage enabling works and general site preparation

• Ensure site safety, quality and productivity

• Read drawings, plan works, and complete daily reports

Requirements:

• Strong Groundworks Foreman experience in Ireland (essential)

• Track record on Irish residential or civils projects

• Knowledge of Irish regulations & standards

• Safe Pass & Manual Handling; tickets an advantage

• Strong leadership and communication skills
