General Operative – Christmas Tree Farm (Seasonal Role)

We are seeking hardworking and reliable General Operatives to join our Christmas Tree Farm team for the busy festive season. This is a hands-on outdoor role assisting with the harvesting, preparation, and loading of Christmas trees for customers and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Cutting and harvesting Christmas trees safely and efficiently.
• Carrying, lifting, and moving trees throughout the farm.
• Netting, wrapping, and preparing trees for sale and transport.
• Assisting customers with selecting and loading trees.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Supporting the wider team with general farm duties as required.

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling and lifting.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous experience in manual labour, farming, landscaping, forestry, or general operative work is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
