General Operative – Packaging & Warehouse Environment

Noel Group is currently recruiting General Operatives to join a busy and growing packaging and warehouse operation based in North/West Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time, Monday to Friday position with consistent hours, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to gain valuable experience within a well-established operation.

Shift Details

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00am – 3:00pm
• No weekend work required

Rate of Pay

💰 €14.15 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch
• Labelling, scanning, and quality checking products
• Loading and unloading deliveries in a safe and efficient manner
• Ensuring products are packaged to a high standard
• Assisting with stock control and warehouse organisation
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Working as part of a busy and supportive team to meet daily targets
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse, packing, or general operative experience preferred
• Experience with order picking and preparing goods for dispatch
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a busy environment
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Manual Handling Certificate desirable (or willingness to obtain one)
• Good level of English communication skills
