General Operative

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for your next opportunity? We are currently hiring motivated and dependable team members to join a busy distribution centre based in Naas, Co. Kildare.

With a choice of Morning, Evening, and Night Shifts, this position offers flexibility, competitive pay, and the chance to build a long-term career within a well-established warehouse environment.

Key Duties

• Picking customer orders accurately using voice-picking technology
• Packing, wrapping, and preparing goods for dispatch
• Building and labelling pallets for delivery
• Loading, unloading, and moving stock safely within the warehouse
• Working across ambient and temperature-controlled areas
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping
• Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets
• Supporting colleagues in a team-focused environment

What We’re Looking For

• At least 6 months’ experience in a warehouse role
• Previous voice-picking experience is highly desirable
• Manual Handling Certificate or willingness to complete training
• Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven environment
• Full clean driving licence
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality work
• Flexibility to work weekends as part of a rotating roster
