General Operative

Job description

Noel Group are looking for full time General Operatives ideally with manufacturing experience for a day shift in Dunboyne, county Meath.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment following training and safety guidelines

• Assemble components and finished products accurately

• Pack, label, and palletise products ready for dispatch

• Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards

• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental procedures

• Maintain a clean and organised work area

• Meet daily production targets and deadlines

• Report any faults, defects, or safety issues to supervisors

• Assist with loading and unloading of materials as required

• Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth production flow

Requirements

• Manual Handling certification

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is an advantage but not essential

• Fluent English with strong communication skills

• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures

• Good attention to detail

• Basic numeracy and literacy skills

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
