Hotel General Manager – Galway
Salary: €70,000 per annum

This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team in a well-established hotel, overseeing operations, guest experiences, and business growth. The Role:
As Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the hotel, ensuring operational excellence across all departments. You will lead a dedicated team, drive business performance, maintain the highest standards of service, and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability. Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day hotel operations across front office, food & beverage, housekeeping, and facilities management.

  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating department heads and staff to achieve operational and financial targets.

  • Managing budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.

  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

  • Implementing business strategies to grow revenue and improve guest satisfaction.

  • Acting as the face of the hotel for guests, partners, and stakeholders.

The Must-Have Requirements to be Considered:

  • Significant experience in the hospitality sector, ideally within hotel operations.

  • Previous experience in a General Manager role or readiness to step up into this level of responsibility.

  • Strong leadership, organisational, and commercial skills.

  • Living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI.

  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
