We seek an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our client’s team. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and management of our restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance.
Key responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operation of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and supervision, customer service, and financial performance

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase restaurant sales and revenue

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service

Manage inventory and order supplies as needed

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

Train and develop staff to provide excellent customer service
Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role

Proven track record of successful restaurant management and customer service

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Strong financial management skills
-
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
