At The Noel Group we are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Front Office Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk and ensure a seamless experience for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Resolve guest concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of the property’s amenities, services, and local area information
- Assist with managing the PO system and inventory for front office supplies and amenities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front office role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using PO systems and maintaining inventory
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Day-to-day

Hours
This is a full-time position with the potential for evening and weekend shifts to support operational needs.
