We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Client hotel’s front desk and reception area.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with excellent communication and organizational skills, who can ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the front desk and reception staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Ensure efficient and friendly check-in and check-out processes for guests
  • Oversee room reservations and ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner
  • Monitor and maintain the hotel’s reservation system (Opera or similar)
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in resolving any operational issues that may arise

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a front office or receptionist role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in hotel management software such as Opera
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Understanding of hotel operations and guest service principles
  • Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus

Day-to-day

  • Overseeing front desk operations
  • Training and supervising front desk staff
  • Managing guest inquiries and requests
  • Ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes
  • Collaborating with other hotel departments
  • Resolving operational issues as they arise

Hours

Full-time, 40 hours per week. Some evening and weekend shifts may be required to oversee front desk operations.
