The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced Front Office Manager for a well-established hotel in Killarney. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to take ownership of the front office function and play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences.

As Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, and leading a motivated reception team. You will be the first point of contact for guests and play a vital role in shaping their overall experience from arrival to departure.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the front office and reception team

  • Ensure a consistently high standard of guest service and professionalism

  • Lead, train, and motivate front office staff to achieve operational excellence

  • Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

  • Oversee reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, and room allocations

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

  • Monitor KPIs, occupancy levels, and service standards

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations

Must-Have Requirements

  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry

  • Previous experience in a similar Front Office / Front Manager role or a strong Senior Receptionist / Duty Manager ready to step up in their career

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

  • A strong guest-focused mindset with attention to detail

  • Living in Ireland with the full right to work in the Republic of Ireland

  • Visa is not provided

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: €40,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
