This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to lead the food and beverage operation, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong commercial performance. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, team management, service standards, and profitability across all F&B outlets.

Key Requirements

• Must have experience in Hospitality
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day food and beverage operations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and departmental profitability.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, health & safety, and service delivery.
