The Noel Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager on behalf of a well-established 4-star hotel in County Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to join a busy and reputable property, leading a dedicated team and driving exceptional guest experiences across all food and beverage operations.

The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day management of the hotel’s restaurant, bar, banqueting and events operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities of a Food & Beverage Manager:

  • Manage all Food & Beverage operations across the hotel.
  • Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service standards are consistently delivered.
  • Monitor and control departmental budgets, costs and profitability.
  • Manage food and beverage stock control, purchasing and inventory.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales and operational strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, HACCP and health & safety regulations.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team and senior management.
  • Recruit, train and develop team members.
  • Oversee service delivery for conferences, weddings and special events.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and proactively.

Requirements for a Food & Beverage Manager:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage Manager or Senior F&B Management role, ideally within a hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proven experience managing budgets and controlling costs.
  • Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations.
  • Ability to work in a busy hospitality environment.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
