Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager
Location: Sligo
Salary: €45,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to recruit an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for a well-established hospitality venue in Sligo. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to take the next step in their career and lead a dynamic Food & Beverage operation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all Food & Beverage operations within the property, ensuring exceptional service standards, strong team leadership, and consistent delivery of high-quality guest experiences. The role requires a hands-on manager who can drive operational excellence while maintaining profitability and team engagement.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets within the property.

• Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team to deliver exceptional service standards.

• Manage staffing levels, rota planning, and team performance.

• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service are consistently maintained.

• Monitor and control departmental budgets, labour costs, and stock levels.

• Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver an excellent dining experience.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve any issues promptly.

• Implement strategies to increase revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.

• Maintain strong communication with senior management and other departments.

Requirements to be Considered

• Must have proven experience in Hospitality.

• Must have experience in a similar Food & Beverage Management role or be ready to step forward in their career.

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

• Excellent understanding of Food & Beverage operations and service standards.

• Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.

• Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
