The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious hospitality client to recruit an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for a well-established and high-performing hotel in Wexford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to take ownership of a busy F&B operation and play a key role in driving standards, service excellence, and commercial performance.

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the hotel’s food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team leadership, and consistent financial performance. You will lead from the front, embedding high service standards while continuously developing your team and optimising operational efficiencies.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, and events.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver outstanding service standards.

  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety, HACCP, and company policies.

  • Manage budgets, stock control, GP margins, and cost management effectively.

  • Drive revenue through upselling, service innovation, and guest engagement.

  • Collaborate closely with senior management to support overall hotel objectives.

  • Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop team members in line with business needs.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Proven experience within the hospitality industry.

  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Manager role, or a strong Assistant F&B Manager ready to step up in their career.

  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

  • A hands-on, service-driven approach with a commercial mindset.

  • Currently living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: Up to €50,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience).
