The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious hospitality client in Waterford to recruit an experienced and driven Food & Beverage Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and lead all aspects of F&B operations in a respected hotel.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across restaurant, bar, lounge, banqueting, and room service.

Lead and develop a high-performing F&B team.

Maintain exceptional guest service standards and drive customer satisfaction.

Manage budgets, stock, cost controls, and revenue targets.

Support menu engineering and promotional activities to maximise revenue.

Ensure full compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and hygiene standards.

Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management.
-
Collaborate with senior management and the Executive Chef on operational strategy.

Handle guest queries and feedback professionally.
Requirements
-
Proven experience as an F&B Manager or Senior F&B professional in a hotel or high-volume hospitality venue.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Financial awareness with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
-
A passion for hospitality and guest experience.
-
Must be living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI.
