We are looking for an experienced Hotel Food and Beverage Manager.

The Food & Beverage Manager will lead the operational & financial success of the Food & Beverage function The successful candidate will ensure all operations flow smoothly, ensuring the needs of our Guests and the Resort goals are met. The position plays an integral role in the constant development and improvement of the Hotel, so a strategic mindset is necessary. This position will report directly to senior hotel management.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
  • Set targets for the F&B teams in line with the overall departmental and hotel strategy.
  • To assist and ensure the smooth running of Bar & Restaurant.
  • To develop and implement SOP’s efficiently
  • To complete weekly rosters
  • To handle and action guest complaints and lead with excellent customer service
  • Help with management training and recruitment of the Food & Beverage team with experience managing a large team
  • To understand stock levels and to be responsible to coordinate stocktaking and variance reports
  • Must be able to take own initiative and strong communication skills

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Food & Beverage management role.
  • Experience in large conferences and events is an advantage.
  • Excellent Leadership skills.
  • High standards and attention to detail.
  • An excellent focus on our customers.
