We are recruiting for a prestigious golf club team as a Food and Beverage Assistant, where you will become an integral part of the teams commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience for valued members and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and serving members and guests with professionalism and a warm demeanor.
• Table Service: Set up and maintain dining areas, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure tables are cleared promptly.
• Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings and special promotions to provide accurate information and recommendations to patrons.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring dining areas and service stations are spotless and well-stocked.
• Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and food hygiene standards, as well as club policies and procedures.
• Flexibility: Assist in special events and functions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous food and beverage service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• HACCP certificate is a plus.
