Food & Beverage Duty Manager

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Food & Beverage Duty Manager in South Dublin.


What You’ll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact for guests, delivering a warm and professional experience
  • Oversee all F&B operations and staff on duty
  • Handle guest queries and resolve complaints efficiently
  • Supervise service across restaurants, bars, and front-of-house areas
  • Manage staffing levels in line with business needs and labour budgets
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain high standards
  • Ensure SOPs, service standards, and presentation are consistently followed
  • Monitor stock, cash handling, and operational procedures
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
  • Record and report incidents, ensuring proper follow-up

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in Food & Beverage or hotel operations
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Good understanding of stock control, labour management, and SOPs
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
