Food & Bavverage Manager

We are recruiting fo F&B Manager the success candidate will ensure all operations flow smoothly, ensuring the needs of our Guests and the Resort goals are met.

The position plays an integral role in constant development and improvement of the Hotel, so a strategic mindset is necessary. This position will report directly to senior hotel management.

The Duties:

• To ensure the smooth running of the Restaurant and all other food service throughout the Hotel, through the supervision and delegation of duties including private dining, drawing room and room service
• To provide 5 star experience to all customers of the resort at all times
• To control all costs in F&B in the Hotel
• To control and monitor payroll and revenue in F&B in the Hotel
• To manage the Hotel Food & Beverage team with regard to all aspects of food service to ensure the agreed standards of presentation and service are maintained
• To identify training needs, write and maintain effective training manuals with the other supervising staff members and to ensure their implementation with new and existing staff
• To maintain the Time and Attendance system and ensure all reports are completed and sent to the HR department as required
• To motivate the restaurant team and ensure staff morale is kept high at all times
