Role: Fitness Instructor
Location: Kilkenny
Salary: €30,000 per annum + Accommodation Provided

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Fitness Instructor in Kilkenny.

This role is ideal for an energetic and motivated fitness professional who is passionate about health, wellness, and delivering exceptional member experiences. You will be responsible for supporting guests and members in achieving their fitness goals while maintaining a safe and welcoming gym environment.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in Hospitality
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver gym inductions and fitness assessments
• Support members with exercise programmes and training plans
• Ensure all fitness equipment is maintained and used safely
• Provide excellent customer service and promote health and wellbeing

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience as a Fitness Instructor or similar role
• Relevant fitness qualification and certification
• Strong communication and motivational skills
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
