FInance Manager

We are recruiting a finance manager for a hospitality client, based in Co Leitrim. Working closely with the GM and reporting into the owners, the finance manager will be a hands on accountant who will have responsibility for the finance function of the business.

The role will suit someone with hospitality, retail or a business with a high volume of financial transactions, living in the Leitrim area.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing financial guidance to key stakeholders including owners, general managers and department managers
• Weekly, monthly and annual activities such as management reports, GL, cash flow management, reconciliations.
• Overseeing payroll, AP & AR
• Analysis, budgeting and forecasting
• Statutory compliance and tax submission

Minimum requirements

• A qualified (or QBE) with at least 5 years’ experience in a senior accounting or management role
• Experience working in a business with a high volume of financial transactions such as hospitality or retail
• 3 years+ experience in dealing with Irish tax compliance
• Very good communication and business partnering
• Strong analysis and advanced excel skills
