Job description

We are currently recruiting for a self-motivated, enthusiastic and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should enjoy leading a team to help create a memorable dining experience for our guests and be able to work well under pressure. Be available to work morning and evening shifts.

Key roles & responsibilities:
  • Assists in the management of the day to day operation of Food & Beverage Operation, leading by example, to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.
  • Support and deliver training to team members and actively develop the skills and knowledge of the department as a whole.
  • Ensure all relevant Fire, Health & Safety & HACCP training is carried out along with any other statutory requirements that need to be adhered to.
  • Promotes good working relations between team members and to foster high morale through empowering employees
  • Keep abreast of all relevant customer information to work closely with the bar & restaurant team to adapt service as appropriate.
  • Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and attend meetings when required.
  • Have a visible presence within the hotel ensuring that all customer needs are consistently met.
The ideal candidate for this position would possess:
  • Minimum of one years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
  • Standards driven and detail-orientated
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
  • Flexible with regards to working hour
